Green People Recruitment has developed a special concept for its clients, the Green Recruiter concept. This allows you to choose the most suitable concept for your company or organisation.
There are 3 options:
1) GP Recruitment no cure no pay
We will advise and support the principal from A to Z in searching for a suitable candidate. From compiling a job description and profile up to employing the candidate. This service will be charged for based on a starting fee. After successful mediation we will charge a final fee based on the gross annual salary based on fulltime employment including holiday allowance and emoluments.
2) GP Recruitment secondment:
The principal and Green People Recruitment draw up a secondment agreement for a minimum of 6 months and the candidate will be employed by Green People Recruitment.
3) GP Recruitment temporary employment:
The candidate will work for the principal on a temporary employment basis. After a period of 6 months (1040 hours) the principal can offer the employee an employment contract without any additional costs.
